The Easiest Alfredo Sauce
I have tried many recipes for alfredo sauce but always seem to come back to this one. It is very simple and is easy to memorize.
Pick up at the store:
Garlic, Pint of Heavy Cream, One Stick of Butter, and One 16 oz Containter of Grated Parmesan.
When at home:
1. Melt butter over low - medium low heat.
2. Add heavy cream and continue to cook.
3. Add 2 - 3 cloves of garlic, minced.
4. Add 1/2 - 3/4 container of grated parmesan cheese amd stir till melted and smooth.
DO NOT ALLOW TO BOIL!
Once your sauce is finished, it is ready to be served over fettucini or other pasta and is terrific with chicken, shrimp, crab and broccoli added also.
This post is dedicated to my sister because it's never too late to learn to cook - Have fun!
